REGISTRATION OF PROPERTY TITLE

If you want to use our services

you need to contact our Legal Department
submitting the following documents:

  • Power of attorney for our employees to register your title (the power of attorney form is available from our customer service department)
  • Registered contract of participation in shared construction (1 original)
  • Registered additional contracts, registered contracts on assignment of rights and obligations, if any (1 original)
  • Delivery and Acceptance Certificate (2 originals)
  • Reconciliation report (2 originals)
  • Power of Attorney, if documents were signed by a representative (1 original and 1 copy)
  • Passports (photocopies) of all persons participating in the contract (the photo and registration page)
  • Marriage certificate (a copy certified by notary), if the contract envisages joint property of spouses
  • Birth certificate (a copy certified by notary), if minors participate in the contract
  • Payments for all settlements with Federal Registration Service pertaining to registration of your title (the fees will be paid by our employees on your behalf).

If you have purchased your apartment with a mortgage loan

Additional documents will be needed for registration, so after signing the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate, you must contact your bank to obtain the following documents:

  • Notification of termination of pledge of rights of claim (formalized in the Office of Federal Service for State Registration under a joint application of the pledger and pledgee)
  • Loan contract (1 original and 1 copy), additional contracts to loan contract (1 original and 1 copy)
  • Mortgage (2 originals), if the bank requires a mortgage prior to registration of title (to be clarified in the bank)
  • Extract from the report on value assessment of the collateral (1 original and 1 copy), in the event an assessment was done to obtain the mortgage
  • In case the loan contract has been repaid, it is necessary to provide a certificate of loan repayment (1 original and 1 copy) and a notarized power of attorney to the bank employee authorized to sign such certificate (requested from the bank)

If you have purchased your apartment with a mortgage loan

(Social subsidies, maternity capital ...)
It is necessary to provide copies of the concluded subsidy contracts or a copy of subsidy certificate.
